The Hillingdon Local Plan: Part 1- Strategic Policies sets out the key elements of the planning framework for the borough over the next 15 years.
On 19th March 2015 Cabinet Approval was given to consult on changes to the documents that have been made as a result of comments received during the publication process.
We are required to prepare a project plan for the preparation of the Local Development Framework (LDF). This is called the Local Development Scheme (LDS).
Different areas of Hillingdon have different development requirements. Areas with specific needs will have Area Action Plans written especially for them.
The statement of community involvement sets out how and when the Council will involve the community in the planning process.
