Internet and computer access
Hillingdon's libraries offer free computer and web access, and free WiFi hot-spots at selected branches.
Each Hillingdon library offers public access computers with Internet access, Microsoft Office, image editing, web page creation and other software packages, as well as at least one PC with document scanning and CD-writer facilities, and one fully accessible PC with Supernova screen reader and magnifier software to assist users with vision impairments.
Printing is available for a small charge.
The following services are available at all Hillingdon libraries to both library members with a password and guest users, as specified in the table below.

Public access WiFi
All newly refurbished Hillingdon Libraries provide free wireless Internet hotspots (Wi-Fi) for adult library members aged 18 and over.

Please note that:
- no printing facilities are available to Wi-Fi users.
- on health and safety grounds, users are not allowed to plug their devices into library electrical outlets.
