Oak Farm Children's Centre

Oak Farm Children's Centre is a place where children under five and their families can access help and support from a team of professionals.

Oak Farm Children's Centre
Windsor Avenue
UB10 9PD

We provide a range of health, education, care and family support services. The Children's Centre is situated within Oak Farm Infant School. A wide variety of activities are currently being offered such as antenatal classes, music and movement, baby groups, stay and play sessions, parenting classes, transition into nursery school, breastfeeding support and much more.

We work alongside many other professionals such as Health Visitors, Midwives, Speech and Language Therapists, Families' Information Service, P3 advice and our local library.

In addition to the services within the centre we also offer home visiting for those who need that little extra support. The centre is fully inclusive and has a lift and disabled parking spaces.
