St Andrew's Park

St Andrew's Park will be a place to live, work, rest and play: a vibrant new community featuring up to 1,340 new homes, as well as a school, theatre, park and offices, all located in the former RAF Uxbridge site and steeped in military history.

St Andrew's Park

The former RAF Uxbridge site itself is brimming with military history with the Grade II listed mansion, Hillingdon House forming the focal point of this soon-to-be thriving community.

The proposed development fully respects the heritage, landscape and ecology of the site, providing 1,340 new homes, 45 acres of public space, leisure facilities including a new theatre, a museum, and 20,000 square metres of commercial space for shops and businesses.

Uxbridge provides excellent shopping opportunities and has several schools and colleges in close proximity. The nearby Uxbridge tube station provides a direct route to King's Cross St Pancras.

The development will consist of:

  • 1,230 properties - in several phases (houses and apartments)
  • range of community facilities
  • primary school
  • doctors surgery
  • park
  • office space
  • shops
  • restaurant
  • 90 bed-hotel
  • supported housing for elderly residents
