Paper petitions

How to submit a paper petition (for any type of petition).

What makes a paper petition valid?

Paper petitions need to have the names, addresses and signatures of 20 or more people who live in the Borough. More than one person from each household can sign a petition. A petition also needs to state what it is the petition is about.

Petition template

To help you put a paper petition together, we have developed a template  that you are welcome to use.

Where do I send my petition?

All paper petitions need to be sent to:

Head of Democratic Services
London Borough of Hillingdon
Civic Centre
High Street, Uxbridge
Middlesex UB8 1UW

Can anyone view a petition?

Petitions are public documents so, if you don't want other people to see your details, you should not create (or sign) a petition.
