Want to let through Hillingdon? Here's a simple step by step guide to letting your property with Hillingdon.

How it works

Unlocking the potential in your property with an offer tailor made to you is as easy as 1, 2, 3...

  1. Contact us - Just give us a call on 01895 558 619 and speak to one of our Landlord Engagement Team. We'll ask you a few details about what you want to achieve, outline the process and, arrange to meet you at the property at a time that is convenient to you.
      
  2. Property Inspection - We will meet you at the property at a time convenient to you. We will take you through details of the schemes available and find a package that's suitable to you. We will advise you on any improvements needed to the property and whether we can help you manage these.
      
  3. The Offer - Once we've visited the property we will confirm any works that need to be carried out and confirm a formal offer in writing. Once all necessary works have been carried out and the property inspected we can move onto getting your property let and rent being paid.

Now it all depends on what scheme you opted for...

Finders Fee...

  1. Finding a tenant - Once your property is ready to let, our team will hand pick suitable tenants for you to meet, greet and show around your property. The choice of tenant is up to you.
      
  2. Signing the tenancy - Once a tenant is found and all relevant checks have been carried out, you can sign the Tenancy with the Tenant.
     
  3. Incentive payment made - Once the tenancy is up and running, and we have received the signed tenancy agreement we will process the incentive payment agreed when we made the original offer.
      
  4. Tenancy management - You will be responsible for managing the tenancy on a day to day basis. Our team will however provide advice should you encounter any problems during the tenancy.

Guaranteed rental

  1. Contract and Keys - Once the inspection is complete and all necessary documents have been received, we will send you the contract, which you need to sign and return to us. We will also arrange to meet you at the property to collect the keys.
     
  2. Letting the property - Our team will match a suitable tenant to your property and manage the viewings and signing of the lease themselves.
     
  3. Receiving the rent - You will start receiving your monthly rental payments from the date the lease starts. These payments will be made monthly in advance.
      
  4. Tenancy management - Our dedicated Tenancy Management Team will visit your property regularly to make sure the tenants are looking after your property and that it is being appropriately maintained.
