Parking and traffic enforcement

Information on parking enforcement and bank holiday parking restrictions in Hillingdon.

Are vehicles parking illegally in your road?

  • Vehicles parking illegally in your road can be reported to the enforcement hotline on 01895 271418. 
  • The enforcement hotline is operated by Apcoa Parking Ltd who undertake parking enforcement in Hillingdon on behalf of the council. 
  • The enforcement hotline number is operational Monday to Saturday between 6am to 10pm, and on Sundays and Bank Holidays between 8am to 10pm. 
  • All reports are treated confidentially and are attended to as soon as possible and if appropriate the enforcement action is carried out against all offending vehicles.
  • If vehicles are parked dangerously on corners where there are no parking restrictions in place, this should be reported to the Safer Roads team for investigation by completing the Road Safety Suggestion Form.

Bank Holiday parking controls

The following on street parking restrictions are not operational on Bank Holidays, Christmas Day and Good Friday.

  • Permit holders only bays (residents bays)
  • Business permit holders only bays
  • Brown Badge bays
  • Pay and display bays
  • Single yellow lines 

All other on street parking restrictions are fully operational.

Car Parks

Only the following car parks are operational on Bank Holiday, Christmas Day and Good Friday.

  • The Highgrove Pool and Fitness Centre car park
  • The Hillingdon Sports and Leisure Complex car park
  • The Cedars multi storey car park
  • The Grainges multi story car park
  • The Kingsend South short stay car park
