  • A grant to Pembroke Park Residents Association for two new signs with maps and information of the estate.
  • A grant to Eastcote Cricket Club for the purchase of a defibrillator.
  • A grant to Friends of Pinn Meadow for new equipment to be used to maintain the area's Green Flag status.

Projects funded in 2016

  • A grant to Ruislip Rangers Youth Football Club to purchase a storage unit to hold their new defibrillator.
  • A grant to Grangewood School to regenerate the infant playground by purchasing play equipment and re-painting.
  • A grant to Bishop Ramsey School for the purchase and installation of a new flagpole to fly their 'Eco-schools' flag.

Projects funded in 2015

  • A grant to 5th Eastcote Guides towards funding international trips representing Girlguiding London and South East Region (LaSER).

Projects funded in 2014

  • A grant to Eastcote Methodist Church to purchase two height adjustable lecterns to enable young people and disabled people to use these lecterns.
  • A grant to Friends of Eastcote House Gardens to purchase plants and improve the flower bed areas around Missouri Court sheltered housing complex.
  • A grant to Eastcote conservation Panel for a hedge to be planted at Eastcote War Memorial.

  • A grant to Coteford Junior School for Dynamo Maths, a multi sensory programme.
  • A grant to 1st Eastcote Scout Group to fund in trip to Switzerland on 2014.
  • A grant to Friends of Eastcote Gardens to purchase gardening equipment.
  • A grant to 5th Eastcote Guides to purchase more sports and cooking equipment.
  • A grant to Eastcote Choral Society.
  • A grant to the Friends of Warrender park to plant more bulbs.
  • A grant to Coteford Junior School to purchase board games.

Projects funded in 2012

  • A grant to purchase a portable goal for Ruislip Town Football club.
  • A grant to install a number of community notice boards across the ward.
  • A grant to St Andrews United Reformed Church for coffee machines and water heaters.
  • A grant to St Lawrence Church to purchase a water heater for the Church hall kitchen.
  • A grant to purchase wild flower seeds for restoration work at St Martins Approach.
  • A grant to 4th Eastcote Scout Group to purchase Gopack folding tables.
  • A grant to Coteford Junior School to purchase equipment for the Malborough Family Group. 

Projects funded in 2011

  • A grant to Hillingdon Choral Society to purchase choral music books.
  • A grant to Eastcote Cricket Club to purchase ladies cricket equipment.
  • A grant to Eastcote Methodist Church to purchase a projector and screen.
  • Installation of a notice board at The Ascott.
  • Installation of information boards at Eastcote House Gardens.
  • A grant to the Friends of Warrender Park/Highgrove Woods to reseed a wildflower meadow.
  • A grant to Coteford Junior School to purchase playground equipment.
  • Installation of a community notice board at Manor Farm, Ruislip.
  • A grant to Bishop Ramsey School to purchase frames and Perspex covers for notice boards.
  • Installation of a litter bin in Fore Street.

Projects funded in 2009/10

  • Eastcote High Street looked festive in December 09 thanks to a contribution from the ward councillors.
  • Various environmental improvements including new benches, litter bins, notice boards and history boards.
  • A grant was made to Eastcote Choral Society to purchase sheet music and music books
  • Bishop Ramsey School purchased some clock radios in order to coordinate break times across the school.
  • Warrender School have received money to plant some trees in their grounds.
  • Pupils from Coteford School will be able to develop their balancing skills thanks to some new gymnastic equipment.
  • St Thomas More Roman Catholic Church improvements to the memorial garden.
