  • A grant to Hillingdon MIND towards decorating materials and blinds for their new premises in Hayes.
  • A grant to Inland Waterways Association (Middlesex Branch) on behalf of the Hillingdon Canal Partnership towards running a series of Hayes Canal Education Days (linking to Hayes Canal Festival).
  • A grant to Disablement Association Hillingdon (DASH) to fund 2 large scale events at Lake Farm Park in the run up to the Paralympics.
  • A grant to Barra Hall Community Development Committee towards delivering a programme of free community events and activities.
  • A grant to 4th Hillingdon Boys Brigade to purchase sport equipment & provide sporting activities.
  • A grant to Little Marvels Nursery to install age appropriate outdoor play equipment.
  • A grant to Hayes Town Business Forum for the purchase of promotional shopping bags branded with the 'Hayes' logo (Joint grant with Botwell and Townfield wards).
  • A grant to Hillingdon Somali Women's Group to fund English tuition classes in partnership with Hillingdon Adult & Community Learning.
  • A grant to the Hayes Town Partnership to fund room hire at Uxbridge College and purchase cooking ingredients for the 'Cupcake Initiative' project.

  • A grant to Hayes & Harlington Community Association to replace part of perimeter fence.
  • A grant to Hayes & Harlington Community Association to replace door handles and emergency exit door bars.
  • A grant towards promoting the Hayes Canal Community Day.

Projects funded in 2014

  • A grant to the Alzheimers Society Hayes Cafe for a table tennis table and other games equipment.
  • A grant towards promoting the Hayes Canal and Craft Fair.
  • YMCA (Ventura House & Jupiter House residents) workshops with Sir John Cass Faculty of Art, Architecture & Design to engage young people (NEETS).
  • A grant to Hayes & Harlington Community Association towards the cost of replacement fencing.
  • A grant to Hayes & Harlington Community Association to purchase folding tables and a storage trolley for groups using the main hall.

Projects funded in 2013

  • A grant to the 9th Hayes Scout and Guide Group towards re-flooring their main hall
  • A grant to the Rural Activities Garden Centre to plant flowers outside St Anselms Church
  • A grant to 4th Hillingdon Boys Brigade for new gym equipment
  • A grant to Jupiter House Foyer (YMCA) towards the purchase of Christmas presents for vulnerable young people living in supported accommodation
  • A grant to Hayes and Harlington Community Association to remove some trees

  • A grant to Jupiter House Foyer (YMCA) towards the purchase of Christmas presents for vulnerable young people living in supported accommodation.
  • A grant to Hayes Town Partnership for line painting and fencing in Hayes.

Projects funded in 2011

  • A grant for Christmas toys, gifts and toiletries for vulnerable adults at West London YMCA, Jupiter House.
  • A grant to Hillingdon Asian Women's Group to provide a trip to Kew Gardens.

Projects funded in 2009/10

  • The Muslim Woman's group 'Vision & Voice' were able to purchase equipment for their very popular mothers and daughters club held on Sundays.
  • Residents at Jupiter House were able to celebrate Christmas in style when a Ward Budget grant paid for a Christmas Day lunch celebration and a small gift for everyone.
  • The Christmas lights in Hayes Town were improved and expanded.
  • A dangerous tree was removed in Botwell School enabling a new tree to develop and grow; a second tree was cut back and re-shaped. Work on the trees improved the visibility of the newly installed CCTV camera in the area.
  • 4th Hillingdon Boys Brigade received new sports equipment for their members.
