Projects funded in 2017

  • A grant to Hillingdon Mind for the Mead House Social Club to provide a programme of physical and mental health wellbeing and learning activities.
  • Funding for resources and materials to improve flower beds and create displays and vegetable patches at Hayes End Library.
  • A grant to Daniel Spargo-Mabbs (DSM) Foundation to implement a drug education programme into local secondary schools (joint grant with Charville and Townfield Wards).

Projects funded in 2016

  • Funding to purchase new sport equipment and indoor bowls mats for The Young at Heart Group.
  • Funding to Charville Library for a new projector for community and outreach events.
  • Funding to Hayes End Library for a new projector for community & outreach events.
  • A grant to Hewens Primary School towards the cost of installation of age appropriate play equipment.
  • A grant to Hayes and Harlington District Scouts towards the Scout District 70th birthday camp.
  • A grant to Skylark Community Association towards new blinds, tables, chairs, trolleys, desks, fire extinguishers, signage, cleaning equipment, kitchen items, and IT infrastructure.

Projects funded in 2015

  • A grant to Hayes Park Primary School to go towards additional walk-in chicken extensions and an incubator.
  • A grant to Hillingdon Autistic Care and Support (HACS) towards the Saturday club based in Charville Young People's Centre.
  • A grant to Grange Park Infant School to purchase plant pots, pebbles, top soil and compost for the pupils to get involved in gardening activities.
  • Funding for four new trees to be planted in Goshawk Gardens, Hayes.
  • A grant to Hillingdon Play Association to purchase children's sumo play suits.
  • A grant to Lollipops Playgroup to purchase musical instruments and a storage cupboard.
  • A grant to Little Fishes playgroup to purchase new toys.

Projects funded in 2014

  • A grant to Charville Children's Centre for the regeneration of the community garden space.
  • A grant to Hayes End Library to purchase specialist sound equipment.
  • A grant to Hillingdon Autistic Care and Support charity for the use of Charville Youth Centre.
  • A grant to Brook House FC to put towards some new equipment and changing room renovations.
  • A grant to Charville Primary School towards equipment for their new music centre.

Projects funded in 2013

  • A grant to the 8th Hayes Scout Group for notice boards, store room racking and poster hangers.
  • A grant to Grange Park Junior School towards additional support for children to access the school Breakfast Club.
  • A grant to CHAD (Consortium for Household and Disabled) to hold a party for the Queens Coronation Anniversary.
  • A grant to Hedgewood Special School for some garden equipment and plants.
  • A grant to Mead House Social Club to enhance their garden.
  • A grant to Charville Children's Centre for a canopy to cover the outdoor sandpit.
  • A grant to Charville Library to purchase specialist sound equipment.

Projects funded in 2012

  • A grant to Rob Burton Disability Soccer School for new equipment.
  • A grant to Lollipops playground for a sun canopy.
  • A grant to Little Fishes to purchase tables and equipment.
  • A grant to fund Charville Primary School after school club.
  • A grant to Meadow View Residents Association to purchase bulbs for a green spaces on Meadow View Road.
  • A contribution towards the purchase of a PA system for Charville Community Centre.

Projects funded in 2011

  • A grant to Hayes Park School for after school equipment.
  • A grant used as contribution towards the building of a Solar Dome at Hayes Park School.
  • A grant to Charville Lane Children's Centre to purchase games equipment.
  • A grant to Grange Judo Club for four special crash mats.

Projects funded in 2009/10

  • All the schools in the ward received a £1,000 grant.
  • Charville Community Association received a new heating system and boiler.
  • 8th Hayes Scout Group made some much needed improvements to their scout hut.
  • Skylark Community Association received a small grant to pay for set up costs and stationery for their newly formed group.
