Hayes and Harlington Crossrail

In 2014, it was announced that TfL and Crossrail would set aside a sum of £30 million for improving the public realm around the outer-London surface-level rail stations.

The council submitted a bid to the 'Crossrail Complementary Measures' fund for Hayes and Harlington Station, and successfully secured the sum of £1.8 million to improve the area around the station, focusing on Station Approach, Station Road and the subway linking Blyth Road and Station Approach.

Mott McDonald and Urban Movement have been appointed to develop the proposed improvements and more information will be provided when available.
