Hillingdon residents aged 65 and over can enjoy free access to any public swim sessions at all the borough's indoor pools.

You can swim whenever the pool has an open public session. For example the early bird sessions or at peak times but not when the pool is being privately hired by a club or if you are a man wishing to swim in a ladies only session for instance.

Note: The free swimming offer is limited to public indoor facilities only.
