Getting involved

The Customer Engagement Team is responsible for coordinating consultation and engagement activity across the council.

The team's activities include:

  • Providing support and advice to council teams in order to help them engage with customers.
  • Organising events for residents and partner organisations, including conferences.
  • Working with partners to share and promote best practice.
  • Conducting surveys and focus groups.
