Hillingdon's museum collection

Our museum collection relates to the people who lived in the area through the ages.

A good collection of domestic life objects is being developed, but we also have commercial objects, costume, archaeological material, and a significant amount of other items eg 19th century fire-marks and items from local voluntary fire brigades including a 19th century fire engine.

You can find out more about our collections by visiting our online catalogue (opens in a new window)

We are currently working towards providing a new museum. Meanwhile, if you would like to view some of the museum items, just give us advance notice and we can make them available to you.

We also welcome offers of objects to enrich our collections. For more information, see our Donations page
