Projects funded in 2017

  • A grant to Spotlight School of Dance towards running their big dance show for the community.
  • Funding towards the hire of a PA system and technician for the Remembrance Day Service community event.
  • Funding for the purchase and installation of a new community noticeboard for Ruislip Gardens Residents Association.
  • Funding for the purchase and installation of three 'No Ball Games' signs installed along Crossway, Ruislip.
  • Funding to purchase new storm coats for the South Ruislip Volunteers Group.
  • A grant to to Ruislip High School to provide bursaries for specially selected students from a disadvantaged background who have achieved a university place.
  • Funding to create a sheltered seating area in Trevor Crescent Park.

Projects funded in 2016

  • A grant to South Ruislip Methodist Church towards replacement chairs.

Projects funded in 2015

  • A grant to U-Can Ask Angels charity for the creation of an outdoor play area for children with disabilities and special needs, (joint grant with Ickenham, Hillingdon East, South Ruislip and Uxbridge North wards).
  • A grant to Bourne Primary School for the purchase of uniforms for the Bourne School Choir.
  • A grant to Ruislip Gardens School for a 'story telling' chair.
  • A grant to Deansfield Primary School towards a new stage and sound system for the school hall.

Projects funded in 2014

  • Funding granted for a 'no access to event' road sign for South Ruislip Residents Association/Residents of Harvey Road.

Projects funded in 2012

  • A grant towards festive lights in trees along the Long Drive shopping parade.
  • A request by South Ruislip Resident Association for a community notice board.
  • A grant to Deanesfield Primary School for picnic tables and benches to create an 'al fresco' dining area.
  • A grant to Ruislip Gardens Primary School to increase quality of school dinners.

Projects funded in 2011

  • A grant to purchase recording studio equipment for young people at South Ruislip Young People Centre.

Projects funded in 2009/10

  • New trees were planted in Angus Drive, Stafford Road and Northolt Avenue.
  • South Ruislip Community Association were awarded with a grant to purchase a new sound system.
  • RAF Northolt Youth Football Team were provided with a new kit
  • Walkers in the ward requested a new bench and litter bin on Jim O'Neill Walk which has been installed along side the children's playground.
  • Phoenix Day Centre on Bourne Court received new furniture in their garden and conservatory.
  • Musical pupils of Bourne School will be able to learn to play one of the new instruments that have been purchased for the school.Remov
