1914/1918/TO THE GLORY OF GOD AND/IN GRATEFUL MEMORY OF/THE MEN OF HAREFIELD WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES/ FOR GOD, KING AND COUNTRY IN THE GREAT WAR/ (NAMES) 

Wooden board painted blue with gilt lettering. Ornate wooden frame with emblems of fleur-de-lys, England Rose and Laurel.
