Emotional Health and Wellbeing

Things you can do today to make you feel better tomorrow.

Hillingdon Adult Learning is continuing with our Emotional Health and Wellbeing courses, focusing on some exciting free provision to improve our residents wellbeing and to help progression onto mainstream courses.

EHW 2017

We have planned a range of free courses - some of which are tailored to improve self-esteem and confidence.

What  people said about the programme:

  • 'It is very helpful to be in a friendly environment with others who have common struggles'
  • 'This has helped me put my situation into perspective, I can now manage my well being with positivity'
  • 'The course was a fantastic opportunity to get us all back on track; we feel enlivened and refreshed. I practiced the techniques at home and they have really helped me.'
  • 'This course has made me feel 100% better'

So we can measure your emotional health and wellbeing, we ask you to complete a questionnaire at the start and end of your course.

Note: If you are a learner that has already completed a pilot course for 'Learn to be Well', these courses will not be suitable for you.
