Sample the best of our local musical and literary talents with our handpicked selection of performers, or if you're feeling brave, sign up on the night for a floorspot to perform.

Date:  Friday 6 April

Time: 7.30pm to 9pm at Uxbridge Library (doors open at 7pm)

Forthcoming dates

  • 1 June
  • 3 August

We invite all (even if you're not from Hillingdon) to come and showcase your talents in 5 minute segments. We have had poets, singers, songwriters, authors, comedians and spoken word artists (see gallery below). Meet and network with other musicians, writers and creative people in an informal and friendly atmosphere.

Each event will have a number of pre-booked slots, which can be applied for in advance, and some floor spots for performers to sign up on the night.

To book a slot or to find out more about the event, please email  openmic@hillingdon.gov.uk

Price: £3.50 per ticket, which includes one free drink at the bar (wine or soft drinks available).

Refreshments will be available and entry is paid on the door.
