New ceremony rooms at the Civic Centre
Our Register Office is relocating within the Civic Centre to make way for 2 brand new ceremony rooms - The Astra Suite and The Nova Room.
Whether you're looking for an intimate space or want something bigger, both rooms will offer a fantastic modern and bright space for you and your guests, and will be available to book from Tuesday 12 August.
Please note: You can get married or form a civil partnership at the Civic Centre regardless of where you live.
New ceremony rooms
The Nova Room can accommodate up to 20 guests.
The Astra Suite can accommodate up to 80 guests.
Numbers for guests include children but not the couple themselves. A photographer and a videographer can also attend.
Both ceremony rooms will also have full access for people with disabilities.
With the exception of guide dogs, pets are not allowed.
You will be able to view the new rooms in person from Tuesday 12 August.
There's no need to book; just pop in during office hours (Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 4pm).
Please note: Our current ceremony room (The Four Seasons) will close at the end of July 2025.
Your ceremony
We offer 45-minute ceremony packages at both The Nova Room and The Astra Suite.
You can also personalise your ceremony with your own music, and up to 3 readings or poems can be included.

Please note:
- The fee is payable in full at the time of booking.
- When giving your notice of intention to marry or form a civil partnership, choose the venue option of 'Hillingdon Civic Centre'.
