      View and check the status of reports and requests in one place, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with My Account. Registration is quick and easy. Simply enter your email address and follow the instructions to verify your account and set up a password.
      
      If you've used our previous online self service, you will still need to register for My Account to manage new reports and requests. If you have an account, then items such as name and address are all pre-filled for you. You are also able to save forms and return to them later. It's not necessary but saves effort every time you use our site.
      
      Register for an account to save yourself time, save forms in progress and keep track of your requests - or log in if you already have a My Account.
