If you see someone sleeping rough in Hillingdon (or anywhere in the UK), you can make a referral via StreetLink.

Once referrals are made, StreetLink will alert Thames Reach (who deliver outreach services on behalf of the council), so they can respond to the referral and work to help rough sleepers move away from the streets.
