Request a building control site inspection
We make every effort to carry out inspections without delay to keep your building work moving. However, please note that it is not always possible to accommodate your chosen inspection day. If there is no further availability for your requested day, you will be contacted and offered the next available date.
Please Note: During Holiday periods, we will be operating with reduced inspection capacity, however we will endeavour to accommodate requests as far as possible. You are advised to request an inspection as early as possible and inspections will be allocated at our discretion.
Site inspections
On the 'enter inspection request details' screen, you'll find a comment box for any special requests relating to the inspection; for example, access instructions or time limitations. There is also an option to select morning and afternoon slots; we will try to accommodate any reasonable requests but this cannot be guaranteed.
