Resident experience innovation fund
The council will be submitting proposals to this fund and would like council tenants to choose which idea they prefer.
The Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) is launching a Resident Experience Innovation Fund in early Autumn 2025. The fund will support social landlords, tenants, and organisations to develop and scale innovative projects that improve tenant experiences, with a focus on:
- tenant engagement and resident voice
- data and information management
- communities and neighbourhoods
The council will be submitting proposals to this fund and would like council tenants to choose which idea they prefer from the 3 options below:
- Survivors of domestic violence and VAWG (Violence Against Women and Girls)
- Ethnically diverse communities
- LGBTQIA+ residents
