Cllr Allan Kauffman
He has lived in Hillingdon all his life; he and Lynne went to Queensmead School. He has worked in the construction industry for 30 years, while she is an education inspector. He is very proud of his two sons who attended Bishop Ramsey, and now work in architecture and media.

He was elected as a councillor for South Ruislip in 2006, along with Cllr Judy Kelly and Cllr Shirley Harper-O'Neill. Since becoming a ward councillor, he has served on several committees, including as Vice Chairman of North Planning, the Education Committee, and Vice Chairman of the Residents and Environmental Services Policy Overview. In 2008, he became Cabinet Assistant to the Leader of the Council; however, this prevents him from being on any committee apart from Planning.

He is senior steward of his church, where he and Lynne were involved in the Scout Association for over 10 years. He has also been a governor at Bishop Ramsey School for 15 years.

Possessing a passion for music, he has enjoyed supporting Hillingdon's Music Service and the RAF bands. What's more, he is a member of Harefield Archers, while he and Lynne are members of Ruislip Lions charity group.
