Hillingdon Register Office
Temporary closure of Hillingdon Register Office
Our Register Office will be closed from Friday 1 to Monday 4 August (inclusive), when it will be moving to its new location within the Civic Centre. Normal hours will resume from Tuesday 5 August.
Please note:
- During this time, certificates cannot be collected. If you order a priority certificate before our temporary closure, it will be ready to collect from Tuesday 5 August.
- If you need to register a death urgently (due to religious reasons), please email registeroffice@hillingdon.gov.uk, once the medical examiner or coroner's office have informed you that the required paperwork has been sent through to us. Please include your telephone number and a member of the team will contact you to make arrangements.

- deaths
- marriages and civil partnerships
- citizenship ceremonies.

New ceremony rooms
Our Register Office is relocating within the Civic Centre to make way for 2 brand new ceremony rooms - The Astra Suite and The Nova Room.
Whether you're looking for an intimate space or want something bigger, both rooms will offer a fantastic modern and bright space for you and your guests, and will be available to book from Tuesday 12 August.

Parking
The nearest car park is located in the Chimes shopping centre, opposite the Civic Centre.
Please note: There is no parking at the Civic Centre unless you are a blue badge holder.

Sunday Closed
(Please note that the office is closed from 12.30pm to 1.30pm Monday to Friday and from 12pm to 1pm Saturday)
