Independent Tenants and Leaseholders Advisors

All residents have access to an Independent Tenants and Leaseholders Advisor (ITLA).

The purpose of the ITLAs are to provide independent advice to residents about the regeneration process and what it means for them and their family.

The ITLA will:

• help residents understand what the potential regeneration means for them and their family;
• ask questions to the council on behalf of the residents; and
• be available to ALL residents

The ITLA for the estate was selected by interview by representatives from the resident Steering Group and is Public Voice. The Public Voice team for Hayes Town Centre Estate includes Rob Lantsbury and Christine Searle.
