On Wednesday 08 February 2023, Hillingdon Council made a General Vesting Declaration relating to the Regeneration Scheme.

About the Compulsory Purchase Order
To facilitate the regeneration of the Avondale Drive Estate, we made a compulsory purchase order on Monday 22 November 2021. The compulsory purchase order was then confirmed by the council on Tuesday 22 March 2022.
The order provides the council with authority to acquire all of the land within the boundaries shown on the order map.
The interests to be acquired are as listed in the schedule to the order and are summarised in the notice of confirmation.
