1. Please do not use this form to report flytipping, litter or other rubbish accumultations. Use the specific form to report street cleansing requests.
  If you are unhappy with the service we have provided, or it remains unresolved you can escalate the matter to our Street Cleansing team. You will receive an acknowledgement within 3 working days once your escalation report has been submitted, when we will attempt to resolve the issue.
