Paying by direct debit
Direct debit is the most convenient method of paying bills. It is quick and easy, and avoids queues.
We will tell you the amounts and dates of the payments in advance. And you have the choice of either weekly or monthly payments.
To set up a direct debit, please ensure you complete all sections of the and return it to the housing charges team.
You can use a payment card to pay by cash, card or cheque at a PayPoint.
Simply hand your payment card and payment to the operator. You should always keep your receipt as proof of payment.
You can request a new payment card by calling the Contact Centre on 01895 556666.
You can pay over the phone by calling our 24 hour number on 01895 556699.
You will need a debit card and your Hillingdon Housing Service payment card - We do not accept Amex.
You can pay by text from your mobile phone.
To register your phone go online to www.allpayments.net/textpay or call the Rents Office on 01895 277734.
Pay an alternative amount
You are able to pay an alternative amount if you cannot pay your full balance.
