Request a repair

The council provides appointments for non-emergency/non-urgent housing repairs. Appointments may be carried out by our own employees or by contractors. Please use the online form below to request a repair. All repairs are scheduled on a case by case basis. The quickest way to get an appointment is using the online booking service. If your repair is an emergency, please do not use this page. Call our 24 hour telephone line on 01895 556600. At the options menu say "emergency". Your call will be answered by the next available agent.
