The schools capital projects and building maintenance guidance plays a key role in helping Hillingdon's schools keep their buildings safe and well-maintained.
This guidance has been created to help staff in all schools understand their responsibilities for building upkeep and major works. It includes:

School capital project application
If your school is planning to carry out major construction works, you must inform the council before committing to any works by completing our school capital project application form.
Please note: You'll also need to complete the appendix 2 form (PDF, 113 KB) and upload it with in the form.

School conditions programme
The council continues to deliver planned maintenance works through its school conditions programme for community and foundation schools.
If you'd like to propose works for inclusion in the programme, please contact the Capital Programme Team by emailing schoolsmaintenance@hillingdon.gov.uk.
