Supported housing

Supported living

Supported housing allows people with disabilities or mental health needs to maintain or develop their independence and be part of the community.

Support can be tailored to meet the needs of the individual, but is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year if required.

With supported housing, you have your own tenancy and your own front door.

Flats include:

  • lounge
  • fitted kitchen
  • bedroom
  • bathroom and toilet

Referrals to any of the schemes will be made by Hillingdon Council. To find out more, see examples of some of the schemes below or visit our Connect to Support pages on supported living.
