RQF Emergency Paediatric First Aid (EPFA) - Level 3 Award
A 1-day course, enabling successful candidates to act as an emergency first aider within childcare settings.
The course is suitable for those who have gained a level 2 or 3 childcare qualification and have entered an early years setting and wish to be included in the staff to child ratios to comply with the EYFS requirements.
The course is subject to ongoing assessment by the trainer throughout the course and consists of written test papers and practical assessments based on the following unit:
- Unit 1: Emergency paediatric first aid
Re-qualification is mandatory every 3 years by retaking this 1-day course.

Cost: £75 per person or £750 to run at your premises for 1-day.
