New mayor for Hillingdon council
At the Council's AGM on Thursday, 10 May 2012, Councillor Michael Markham, was elected as the New Mayor of Hillingdon. On acceptance of office, Cllr Markham said: "I am privileged and honoured that I will be the 'First Citizen' of our Borough for the forthcoming year".
