	The library has access suitable for wheelchairs		Automatic entrance doors.
	Registered assistance dogs are welcome.		There is an accessible toilet facility available on the ground floor (level 1).
	There is an Induction Loop available.
	The nearest parking is at the Chimes Shopping Centre where Disabled car parking bays are located on each level. For registered disabled drivers, parking is free. Your entry ticket can be exchanged at either Shopmobility or at the Chimes Customer Information Desk on production of your blue badge.
	The library is on 4 floors and access to each floor is up 12 steps with handrails but there are also two lifts suitable for wheelchairs for access to all 4 levels: Level 1: Fiction, DVDs, Videos, Children's Library Level 2: Popular Non-fiction, Newspapers & Magazines, bks@, 2 Catalogue PCs, 4 Bookable PCs Level 3: Learning Centre, Information Desk / PC Booking, Local Studies, 1 Catalogue PC Level 4: Non-fiction, 2 Catalogue PCs, 4 Bookable PCs
