Parking and traffic enforcement

CCTV camera enforcement

In some locations, we use cameras to enforce parking restrictions to improve road safety and reduce congestion.

What to do with a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN)

PCNs issued via camera enforcement are sent by post to the registered keeper of the vehicle and will include a photograph of the alleged contravention being committed. If you receive a CCTV PCN, you can do the following online:

Pay parking ticket

Or Challenge a ticket online.

Restrictions outside schools

There are CCTV cameras outside most Hillingdon schools to ensure safety of all school children in the borough.

During the restricted hours, vehicles are not permitted to stop or wait in the zig zag markings, even for the purpose of dropping off, or picking up passengers, or loading or unloading, regardless of the length of time involved.

School 'Keep Clear' areas are also enforceable during the school holidays.
