Make a complaint

We realise that sometimes things can go wrong. If they do, we want to hear from you so that we can put them right and learn from what has happened.

If you are unhappy with the service we have provided and wish to make a complaint about this under our Complaints Policy you can do this by:

  • submitting a complaint using our online form
  • submit a complaint by letter to: London Borough of Hillingdon, Civic Centre, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 1UW
  • by calling us on 01895 277800
  • in person at: London Borough of Hillingdon, Civic Centre, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 1UW
  • in person to one of our staff members
