  1. You can use this form to update the number of bags required under the Automatic Recycling Bag Deliveries scheme. You can also use this form to unsubscribe from the scheme.
    Note: This form is for residents who subscribed to the scheme in/after April, 2024. If you subscribed to the older scheme (prior to April 2024) you do not need to do anything as your subscription will have automatically lapsed - see this news article for more details.
  3. My Account
    
    We have launched a new My Account, where you can view and check the status of reports and requests in one place, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Registration is quick and easy. Simply enter your email address and follow the instructions to verify your account and set up a password.
    
    If you've used our previous online self service, you will still need to register for a new My Account to manage new reports and requests. If you have an account, then items such as name and address are all pre-filled for you. You are also able to save forms and return to them later. It's not necessary but saves effort every time you use our site.
    
    Register for an account to save yourself time, save forms in progress and keep track of your requests - or log in if you already have a My Account.
