Join in low-impact chair-based exercise classes, which take place in a safe and friendly environment.
Free desi, line and tea dances for residents aged 65+ (with a HillingdonFirst card) and up to 2 guests.
Residents aged 65+ can swim for free in indoor pools when they are open for public sessions.
