On Friday 27 May 2022, Hillingdon Council made a General Vesting Declaration relating to the Regeneration Scheme.

About the Compulsory Purchase Order

To facilitate the regeneration of the Hayes Town Centre Estate, we made a compulsory purchase order on Monday 22 November 2021. The compulsory purchase order was then confirmed by the council on Tuesday 22 March 2022.

The order provides the council with authority to acquire all of the land within the boundaries shown on the order map.

The interests to be acquired are as listed in the schedule to the order and are summarised in the notice of confirmation.

Hard copies of the order and the maps are available for inspection at the following locations and times:

    Offices are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

    Open Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 5pm; Saturday, 9.30am to 4pm; Sunday, 10am to 1pm (closed for lunch 1pm to 2pm, Monday to Saturday)
