Supported housing

Extra-care housing

Extra-care housing is designed for people aged 65+ with additional care needs, that enables people to live independently, whilst providing reassurance to friends, and family peace of mind.

It provides the security and privacy of a home of your own, and a range of on-site facilities including hairdresser, kiosk, communal lounge and gardens, and restaurant. Staff are available during the day to support with identified care needs or housing matters, and are available during the day and night to respond to any emergencies.
