Find out about the fishing clubs in Hillingdon.
The club offers members a choice of styles of angling, with matches held on their own waters and also on other waters. The Slough arm of the Grand Union canal is fishable in the close season. Most of the club's fisheries are members only, and on some you can park within 6 feet from the bank so you can be fishing without any long walks.

This large club is exceptional value for money for it's many private fisheries. There is river fishing on the Colne at Rickmansworth, Denham and Harefield with a further 5 Stretches on the River Thames. For lovers of still water angling - from juniors to specimen hunters - the club has Batchworth Lake (Rickmansworth Aquadrome), the Golf Course Lakes at Denham, South Troy Lake in Harefield, a prolific mixed fishery at Billet Lane (Langley), a traditional tench water at Cowley Lake (West Drayton) and the perfect junior venue at Knightscote Pond in Harefield. We also have access via sub-let to an excellent stretch of the Grand Union Canal at Rickmansworth.
Our venues contain carp to over 40lb, tench to 11lb+, large bream and barbel to 18lb, perch to 4lb and pike to well over 15+lb.
For juniors, membership is free (with just a £1 admin fee) and we have a number of waters very suitable for newcomers to angling
West Drayton Angling Club has good stretches of the Rivers Colne and Frays in West Drayton holding barbel, bream, chub, and perch plus a variety of other silver fish. The club offers exchange tickets with other clubs, so that you can fish their waters and has a very active match group holding 20 matches a season plus open matches. These are held at the club fisheries and various venues not too far away from West Drayton.
Meetings are held fortnightly at West Drayton Community Centre where all club members are welcome to attend.
