Carers' information day

The Hillingdon Admiral Nurse Team run carers' information days throughout the year at the Civic Centre in Uxbridge. The day is specifically for family carers who are caring for someone who has (is likely to have) a formal diagnosis of dementia. The day offers information on dementia and provides practical advice and support for carers from a variety of guest speakers.
