To access BorrowBox online, follow the link below to the website, then log in using your library membership number and PIN.
To access BorrowBox via the app, download and install BorrowBox on your Apple iOS or Android device. Search for Hillingdon Libraries in the 'Library' field provided and log in using your library membership number and PIN.

Install the Libby app from the app store on your Android or iOS (iPhone/iPad/iPod touch) device or visit libbyapp.com in your Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge browser.
In Libby, follow the prompts to find your library and sign in with your library membership number and PIN.
Pressreader offers a selection of more than 6,000 newspapers and magazines, from 120 countries in 60 languages, on your computer or mobile device.

To access the titles free of charge, select the 'Library or group' option on the sign-in page (or tab if you are using the app).
Type 'London Borough of Hillingdon' in the search box or select it from the list.
Enter your library membership number (without any spaces) and your PIN. (If you access the service from the app, you will be asked to add an email address and choose a password the first time you log in.)
This will give you unlimited access for 30 days - after which time, you will need to reactivate your access by logging back in again.
Please note: If, after signing in to Pressreader using your library membership details, you are still being asked to pay to access any of the titles, check under 'Settings' that HotSpots are enabled, so that you can enjoy sponsored access to the full collection of premium content on Pressreader.
Your membership number is either the barcode number on your library card or the number on the back of your HillingdonFirst card.
Please enter the full membership number without any spaces when using it to log in to the online resources.
If the number on your library card does not have the prefix 20112, you will need to add it at the beginning when using your membership number to use the online resources.
If using your HillingdonFirst card as your library membership card, it must have been activated at one of our libraries.*
If you haven't been an active library user in the last 2 years, you will need to contact your local library to reactivate your membership.* You can also email librarycontact@hillingdon.gov.uk to get set up online.
If you are unsure of your PIN, please ask a member of our library.
*You will also need to provide additional proof of your name and address.
