Permit zones RL and RL2
Only residents and their visitors with a valid permit or visitor vouchers are allowed to park within the permit zones RL and RL2, which are operational 9am to 7pm, everyday. Anyone parking illegally in these zones will get a parking ticket and may have their vehicle removed.

Please note: We can only enforce these restrictions on the public highway. Residents of private or unadopted roads within the zones do not benefit from our parking enforcement unless you have a registered dropped kerb.
Ruislip Lido tow away zone
The tow away zone is operational at peak times. Under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the roads in and around the Lido area will be declared a tow away zone at all times. Illegally parked vehicles will be safely removed by our contractor. There are no additional fees or charges on top of the penalty charge notice.
If we've removed your vehicle, it'll be relocated to North View Car Park.

What to do if your car is towed
If you've parked illegally and your car is gone when you return, please contact one of the following:
- Hillingdon enforcement hotline on 01895 271 418 (Monday to Saturday 6am to 10pm, Sunday/bank/public holidays 8am to 10pm).
- TRACE - an online service for anyone whose vehicle may have been towed away for illegal parking by any council in London.
The TRACE online service is always available to tell you where your vehicle has been moved to. You can also text TRACE followed by your vehicle registration mark to 66663, although you may be charged for this service.
