Craft Cart Sheds

On the Bury Street side of the Great Barn are skilled craftspeople, making and selling handmade goods in the cart sheds.

Community Hut

• A small meeting hall, adjacent to St Martin's Approach public car park
• Offers a great value meeting space for community group activities
• Maximum capacity: 25 people

Cow Byre Art Gallery

• Exhibits works from different local art groups nearly every week of the year
• Available to hire for full weeks, running Sunday to Monday, with set-up on the Saturday afternoon before

The Great Barn

• A beautiful Grade-II listed, 700-year-old wooden barn
• Fully licensed for civil wedding and partnership ceremonies
• Other uses include exhibitions, concerts, markets and social functions
• Maximum capacity: 200 people (depending on layout)

Manor Farm Stables

• A smart, recently-refurbished function hall, with kitchen, toilets, 12 tables and 40 chairs
• Suits small functions, classes, meetings or rehearsals
• Maximum capacity: 40 people

Winston Churchill Hall

• A 1960s' purpose-built community theatre and function venue
• Smart foyer front of house with toilets

Auditorium

Auditorium maximum capacity: 

• 400 standing
• 346 seated theatre style (includes 4 wheelchair spaces)
• 210 seated at tables

Auditorium features:

• 3 adaptable backstage dressing rooms (fits 30) - can be configured into 1 large and 2 smaller spaces, or 4 small partitioned spaces
• toilets either end of backstage corridor

Please note: There is no backstage lift.

Hire of main auditorium includes:

• dressing rooms
• use of PA system
• use of stage lighting
• kitchen
• lounge with bar

Lounge

• Maximum capacity: 100 standing / 70 seated
• Features bar/counter and large professional kitchen
• Available for individual hire on weekdays
• Suitable for private functions, meetings and classes
