Standard rose trees and bushes are located within the gardens.
As a large selection of roses in varying colours are pre-planted within the grounds, it may be possible to selected a preferred colour of rose or particular garden from those available. We will try our utmost to accommodate your request.
The memorial plate can accommodate up to 125 characters of inscription (must include the last name) and can include a motif. The plate is placed in front of the rose during the lease period.
Memorial roses are available for dedication for an initial period of 5 years with the option to renew. During the lease period, we accept full responsibility for the care and upkeep of the rose, including replacement should this be necessary. The council accepts no responsibility for the upkeep of the plate.
Unless it is renewed at the end of the lease period, the plate will be removed from its location 1 month after the expiry date.
How to order
It takes approximately 6 to 8 weeks from placing the order to delivery. Upon completion, a letter will be forwarded to the applicant advising them of the location.
Full payment must accompany your application. We are able to accept most credit and debit cards. Please make cheques payable to 'London Borough of Hillingdon'.
The council reserves the right to alter any application that is deemed unsuitable and to change the design of any memorial without giving prior notice.
