Late returns and renewals
The following daily fines will be charged on all items that are borrowed on adult or student cards and are returned or renewed late.
Non-payment of fines may lead to suspension from the library service.

If you would like to receive free pre-overdue and overdue email or text reminders, please speak with a member of library staff. Courtesy overdue reminders are sent out 2 weeks and 5 weeks after the items are overdue.
Please note: If, due to a technical error, you do not receive an overdue notification, you will still be liable for any fines subsequently accrued.

If you use your HillingdonFirst card as your membership card and your card has been lost, damaged, stolen or is faulty, (providing it is registered) you can request a replacement HillingdonFirst card online.
Lost or damaged items
If an item that you are borrowing is lost or damaged whilst on loan to you, you may be required to pay a cost of replacement.
